International Card Payment FAQ

1．国际卡支付步骤

International Card Payment Instructions.

（1）从学校网站链接到国际卡支付页面

Click the payment link on Fudan’s website and then connect to the payment page.

（2）在支付页面选择使用VISA、MASTER、JCB卡支付

Choose VISA or Master or JCB card on the payment page, and then link to the acquiring bank.

（3）输入卡号、有效期、CVV，点击支付

Enter the card number, expiry date, CVV and click the “Pay” button.

（4）如果支付成功，跳转回学校页面，显示支付成功结果

If the payment is successful, the page will jump back to the Fudan’s page to show the successful payment results.

（5）如果支付失败，将在支付页面显示支付失败结果，并展示失败原因

If the payment fails, the payment failure result is displayed on the payment page with the reason for the failure.

2． 国际卡支付失败的主要原因

Main reasons that may cause the failure of international payment.

（1）超过单笔支付的限额

Exceed the limit of single payment amount.

（2）使用了中国境内发行的银联卡或双标卡

Used UnionPay cards or dual-label cards issued in China.

（3）卡信息有误

Wrong card information.

3． 国际卡拒付原因

The Reasons of Chargeback

（1）重复扣款 charge repeatedly

（2）伪冒交易（非本人支付） fraud transaction (not paid by the cardholder)

（3）金额不符 wrong amount

（4）未授权交易 unauthorized transactions

4. 以下为详细支付步骤

Below is the Detailed Payment Instructions

（1）登录到学校系统，跳转到缴费页面，选择支付卡种类，输入卡号信息

Login Fudan’s website or system and choose items needed to pay for, it will link to the payment page. Choose the card type and input the card information.

（2）确认信息并提交

Confirm the info and submit

（3）录入卡号信息，均为英文或数字，点击“确认支付”

请在30分钟之内完成支付

Enter the card information (English or number). Click “Confirm payment”.

Please complete the payment within 30 minutes.

（4）如果支付成功，跳转回学校页面，显示支付成功结果

If the payment is successful, the page will jump back to the Fudan’s page to show the successful payment results.

（5）如果支付失败，将在支付页面显示支付失败结果，并展示失败原因

If the payment fails, the payment failure result is displayed on the payment page with the reason for the failure.

点击“确认”，重新输入卡信息，再次“确认支付”

Click "Confirm", re-enter the card information, and "Confirm Payment" again.
